MIES VAN DER ROHE AWARD

Thirteen Irish projects have been nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2024

This year’s nominations for the 2024 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award – feature 13 projects in Ireland. The projects are part of a first list of 362 works, located in 38 different European countries, competing for the Mies van der Rohe Award 2024.

The 2024 EUmies Awards aim to recognise the best-built works in Europe completed between April 2021 and May 2023. This year’s jury is chaired by Frédéric Druot (Paris/Bordeaux), who will be accompanied by Martin Braathen (Oslo), Pippo Ciorra (Rome), Tinatin Gurgenidze (Tbilisi/Berlin), Adriana Krnáčová (Prague), Sala Makumbundu (Luxembourg) and Hrvoje Njiric (Zagreb). The winners will be announced in April 2024.
