Newenham Mulligan & Associates (NMA) announced with regret this week that the company is going into liquidation. In a statement on its website, the practice said that the directors wish to acknowledge the significant contribution of all the many talented and loyal staff both past and present and to thank them for their enormous commitment over the years.
“We also want to thank our many colleagues, advisers, collaborators, suppliers and contractors for their contributions. We wish to thank our many valued clients from all varied industry sectors for all their support over the long lifespan of the practice (origin established 1902 Limerick),” the statement also read. It added that the practice would do all it could within the constraints of the liquidation process to minimise the impact of the process on its creditors, clients and staff. “The company is committed to an orderly winding down of its affairs and a creditors meeting will be held in the coming weeks. The company will not be making any further comments outside of this statement.”
